Bosco between Princess and Barcaccina still flooded after an hour, due to the narrowing of the drainage from 1000 to 400 and because of the dams in correspondence of the sewer outlet on the beach.
The tip-top right square marks the open sky pozzettone inspection at the joint between the tube 1000 and tube 400. Pozzettone now completely filled with mud and debris.
CONCLUSIONS
may be noted numerous irregularities and absurdities:
1) Sewage (performed in 2009!) 1000 mm in diameter, which ends with a diameter of 400 mm ( Who will be especially designed and tested?)
2) Seaside Award issued on the output of a drain that collects run-off of tens of hectares of agricultural land and urbanized. (He had forgotten?)
3) Incredible ( and I would say insane) attempt to stop the release of a newly created sewer, to avoid disturbing the water digs the beach umbrellas. ( With the result causing massive flooding upstream to prevent the excavation without the beach)
